Introduction
ShopTech is the service side of your Shopify store. It adds the things Shopify POS has no place for: work orders, a customer repair tracker, special orders, a supplier catalog, purchasing, stocktakes, and printing.
It is built on top of Shopify, not beside it. Your products, customers, inventory, and locations stay in Shopify, and every sale is rung up in Shopify POS. ShopTech keeps only the service-side records: work orders, special orders, purchase orders, stocktakes, staff and PINs, and text-message consent.
